Cancellation Policy
When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call Joan at (928) 963-0396 by noon on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to make any changes or report a cancellation. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call my office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cancellation fee. Thank you for keeping your scheduled appointments as per your request.
